Very happy with the work – we got the balcony of our dreams! This is a fantastic team – true professionals. They start on time every day and never skip a day. The quality of the work is great, you can tell, what they built is going to last for decades. The project was completed on time and the site was cleaned afterwards like there was no construction. Big thanks to the team!

Our reconstructed porch is beautiful and sturdy. The process started with a long and satisfying consult with Chris. There were several “issues” with our old porch that Chris took the time to puzzle over and offer suggestions. We now have a more balanced and contemporary look.
The building team created a “hidden” panel so that we have access to get under the porch if needed. They also talked me through the installation and wiring of the low-voltage lights that subtly light our porch. The final step was a crew that washed the deck, and taught us how to wash it. They also thoroughly cleaned up all construction debris. You can’t tell we had a recent installation except for the quality porch that now sits there.

You couldn't ask for a better team than you'll get with Outdoor Living Spaces NW. Chris helped us arrive at a deck design that was within our budget. We probably had the worst old deck you could imagine, but his crew tore it down quickly and efficiently. These guys were amazing. All were friendly, polite, and hard-working. Once they were complete, the area ended up cleaner than when they started. We love out new deck, and if asked, we would not hesitate to recommend them for your new deck.
